Hmmz, I got it from ebay a while ago. I can't remmeber what I payed for it.
Actually I din't knew that I still had this diode, this thread remembered me about it.
But because it came from Ebay I need to test this diode first.

About 3-4 mounths ago i guess....
Did you already asked prices from laserdiode.ca ?
Maybe the price isn't that bad...

No need for fancy drivers, just throw together a compact lm317 with some good batteries and you're set.
