Everything was originally a flashlight. The B&D are $10 from Walmart.

Here's 3 more pics. The first 2 have the 520nm on the left. No fog now so pics not as good.

Hard to tell but the 532 has a more yellow tint to it.
The first and 3rd pics show the yellow tint better (at least on my monitor).

Pman is there anything Laser related that you don't have? Being used to this thread, I never notice the massive collection in your sig until I am perusing this thread.

^LOL
I own a ridiculous # of units. Would be a shock to show them all at once;). Let's just say that you could see all of them if you hunted around a lot on the forums and pieced it all together.
Don't have a single argon unit. Will say that my projector is pretty amazing especially with a bit of fog and looking towards the unit. Very surreal.

Was finally able to REP you again.

No I'm not dead LOL. Had so much other stuff to mess with involving work and other projects that posting took a major back seat. Lots of new builds though including this one.
The host/light.

Has a false wall inside to separate the battery section and the end of the light that is for holding waterproof matches. This had to be drilled out.

Installed a different size spring in the bottom now (got lucky that I had one). Removed the orange anodizing for conduction with my dremel steel brush.

Finished product that turns on with the twist of the head:) Don't think I've seen a unit that works like that yet but I'm sure they exist.

Was going to upload some ore pics but I can't log in to imageshack for some unknown reason (just keeps asking for my username and password again:(

Neat host Pman, I like the orange anodizing

Is Cap locks on? I always do that

I keep losing weight. Down to 123.4 and my father was taken to the hospital and has to have 5 bypasses (open heart surgery) either Thursday or Friday so have to get ready to leave to get to him in the morning (about 4 hours away). That was a toatl surprise as he didn't tell anyone he was having chest pains. Exhausted.

Sorry to hear about your Father Pman. Best wishes, hope everything goes well :)

At the hospital for 1/2 a day now. Looking like they may not do the open heart surgery until Monday due to some medication issues (was expecting it to be Friday).
I've got some more builds I can post. Going to try to start posting how I build more including what I use and where to buy things to encourage others more.

Added push button switches to the Maglites (you can buy them). The long pen is just adding another section from another pen to make it look especially stupid. Custom push buttons on the 2 small units.

Those look great Pman. I like the two shorties on the right, interesting button solution. Lot of 100mw+'s The Camo is hitting 120mw! Nice work :gj:

Did you extend the body on the black laser pointer at the top?

All that one is is a standard pen laser plus a harvested section from another one and I thenput all the sections together running one of the fasttech modules and 3 aaa alkalines. It looks funky in a couple of the pics but that's an illusion. It's perfectly aligned. Just made it because I could. Seems kind of silly but felt I had to do it to show something else you can do.
Got your pm and I'll answer it tomorrow. Too drained....

Ah, thought so :) Thanks for the reply, take your time. Get some rest

My new "Pman special" tutorial/build is up. Goes along with this thread but really too long to post here.

Had a few Fasttech 5V 532nm modules show up today so put these together. You may recognize that these are just 2 Walmart lights put together:

124mw, 93mw and 91mw peak
