untill you know the whole story why are you posting threads on things you know nothing about.
I am afraid the whole story is clear enough when the email log is posted on the first thread. The thread starter has also concluded everything as the following
“I have been emailing TheJoker301 for over three months now trying to get my laser. He has sent me nothing but excuses are lies about the shipment of my laser. Today he finally refunded my payment and threatened to report me to the United States government for asking him to stick to his claims.”
So up untill like the last six months scifi has had a few bobbles here and there but the last six months there has been a steady increase in people complaining about scifi.
This is how the thing go bad. Sci-Fi Lasers cannot handle that much order so because you guys keep recommend other to buy from them as a result more and more order get delayed. To keep their reputation good TheJoker301 give a fake tracking number to act like they actually ship the order to calm the buyer down. Buyer then find that the tracking is not working TheJoker301 keep sending another fake number to buy the time. Here is other example:

I don’t mind spending time giving more example thread if you want. But this will just make this reply too long. Remember I will update every example to the OP so if I were you trying to help thing out I would suggest you not to ask me to do this.
I know that some of these claims are nothing but an attempt to ruin his reputation.
I have to clarify one thing. It is Sci-Fi Lasers ruin his reputation not other one else. All of the story we know is true so far because TheJoker301 has actually responded. Can you please kindy list some example that is/may not be true I may be missing something?
Some have some grounds and some I dont know all the details but if it happens to go the way it should it should be resolved.
As what I have stated clearly in the OP. A resolved issue doesn’t mean that it doesn’t not existed because customer has actually wasted the time on their laser, which those time is not supposed to be wasted

I know you will attack me this way. First of all I don’t agree that a new member doesn’t have the right to say what they want to say. If what I am saying is not true I will get ignored but let see the reply of #2, #3. The reason why I “have some thing to bitch about” because I saw this routine go over and over again but you guys keep saying how good is sci-fi I am sorry I cannot turn a blind eye to this.

This is just your assumption. While you ask me to post before knowing the whole story why are you posting this just because of “you think”? This is a kind of contradiction. So basically I join here one month ago because I know sci-fi will give another fake tracking number and threatening the customer today?
I am so sorry for so many quoting I had been in my debate team for couple years I used to respond point by point. So please if you want to keep discussing with me please respond all my point but don't omitting the key point such as fake tracking number / threatening the customer. Should we recommend a company doing this?
