I'm not sure if you're dishonest, or genuinely that disorganized. Either way, this is completely unacceptable customer service.
Dec 7: I am told module has shipped.
Dec 14: First tracking number provided. Turns out to be for a package to another country.
Dec 24: Second tracking number. After many "in a few hours", "in the morning", type of emails. Tracking number is completely invalid.
Jan 19: Third tracking number. After many many more "in a few days" and "in a few hours" B.S. emails. Tracking number is for another a package to another country.
Jan 21: Fourth tracking number. I am told it will be trackable online next day (Jan 22). It's now Jan 29. As of today, there is no information available for the number.
So, when can I expect a REAL tracking number?
