I still need the tracking #. I've pmed you a few times asking and never got the tracking. It's been 16 days since these lasers shipped and I'm starting to get a little worried. If you could get me the tracking that would be great:yh:

I have been emailing TheJoker301 for over three months now trying to get my laser. He has sent me nothing but excuses are lies about the shipment of my laser. Today he finally refunded my payment and threatened to report me to the United States government for asking him to stick to his claims.

I'll give a summary of the emails over the past three months:
He has sent me at least five tracking codes, claiming they were for my package, which all went to different addresses. He claims the shipping company was at fault for the "wrong" tracking codes. I can tell you now that shipping companies do not mess up the tracking codes five times. He even sent one of the tracking codes to someone else on Reddit.

I believe he did not actually send my laser at all, and was lying by saying those codes where mine when they were actually someone else's. He was trying to see how long he could make me wait before he actually got around to making/shipping my laser. I know others say he is legit because they got their lasers, but I think he might be selectively scamming, and only fulfilling the order for the more expensive lasers.

Later on in the emails he sent me a picture of a package that he said was 100% mine with a tracking label and my address on it. He said before he was going to ship this one with EMS, and he didn't. Several days later he finally sent the picture after he said he shipped it. The picture was actually taken that day, so there's proof of one lie that he didn't ship it when he said he did. The tracking number on the package also went to another address. If you look closely on the picture of the package he sent (http://puu.sh/oa7E7/abd24ecbf1.jpg) it seems there's a tear around the paper with my address on it. I believe he is putting multiple addresses on this package and then tearing them off to send to other clients to fake that he actually has the package.

Last week he then said he was going to "ship" it again. He also stated "Leta do this. I am puting my reputation here and my money. If by Thursday next week you do not have a laser on hand. I am going to send you a refund + $100 back. I am super serious. And I am not playing. I am going to solve it ASAP". He said this new package was shipped last week, but the picture he sent me of it was taken yesterday on Wednesday, 4/6/2016. I extracted the metadata from the image to prove it was actually taken yesterday, so that is another proven lie of his. How could the image be taken yesterday if he said he shipped it last week?

It is now Thursday, the day he stated he would refund plus add $100 to the original payment price. He refunded the original amount, but will not send the additional $100 he stated he would send if it did not arrive today. His excuse for not following through with his statement is that "things have changed" which is not a valid excuse. This is a lie. He is not following through with his statement.



In summary, I believe TheJoker301 is selectively scamming his customers. It is proven that he is lying in his emails about shipping packages. Shipping companies DO NOT give faulty or wrong tracking codes five times in a row (It is proven TheJoker301 sent the same tracking code to two different customers.) He is purposely not shipping packages and blaming the shipping company for the problems, when he isn't actually fulfilling all the laser requests from customers. He is lying to them to see how long they will hold out before asking for a refund.

If any evidence here needs to be cleared up, I will be happy to elaborate.

i have a solution that you and Joker won't lose anything......

-forget about the $100.
-joker refund you for what you paid him.
-when the package arrives....you either ship it back to SCIFI using the same shipping carrier. in this case EMS....
-or you can keep the laser and resend the fund to him.

how does that sound? nobody gains anything and none at loss as well.:)

well you received your refund that's good then ... forget about that $100 and everything should be fine??? don't chew yourself out about that $100.

It is not fine when a seller lies to his customers. That is what I am not okay with. He is not keeping his word.

I have also been sent an incorrect tracking number by Thejoker301 before. It seems that this is becoming a widespread problem.
