scamee

is that a new word? :takeit:

It should be!

I think finding the Ip addresses of people who scammed and maybe an address would be a good way to start getting back at the scammers. Maybe a nice visit from a big guy and a baseball bat might make these little 15 year olds realize they don't need to take other peoples money for weed.

It would be much more entertaining to see the police show up and start talking about postal fraud. :D

It would be great if there were some way to get back at scarletwolf031 and others.

Problem is that the police in each country are likely more interested in larger scale repeat offenders. A shame really, I am sure the member registration and assorted communication between scammer and scammee could give a good lead.

I'm working on it... but I'm hampered by the info coming
from others... If he sent me a package I would know where
he lives and one could contact the authorities...
He does live on my side of the USA/Canada border....

OMG you guys fucked up some guys post because of me holy fuck some dumb shits you fucks are, but hey have fun you only hurt your own forums rep by fucking with other people you dumb ass fucks

Why would you get mad with whats happening in another thread?

Mail fraud is another option. He solicited money and didnt deliver the product, or has proof he sent the product. Dont give up AMN, there are a LOT of things you can do to make this kids life miserable. You have his name and address. A smart person can cause all kinds of mayhem with that info. :eg:

AMN... never received a package.... so no Address there....
I need to wait on someone else....

A name and a ip address with a general area could be useful. Scarletwolf needs an ass whooping, or a boyfriend In jail named bubba

Doesnt his paypal list his address?

When you are a non eBay transaction buyer the only thing
shared with you is the sellers PayPal E-Mail address... not the
physical street address of the seller...

IIRC... the Forum has access to his IP addy... maybe a Mod
could chime in and comment on that...

First off i don't have to give you ass's anything, the tracking number was given to paypal, 2nd, do you really think you guys have my real ip this is the web, i never use my real info on the net, I have Hotspot Shield, and that protects me. onto of that i use wireless net around my area, as for paypal, feel free, do you think paypal checks the Name and Address's on the account, nope, and getting a paypal account verified is as easy as going to Prepaid Credit Card PayPal Virtual Visa Online VCC Buy US Gift Free Card eBay and buying one of there VCC's in the name of the account,

i always protect my self when online to stop fools like you guys from getting my real address, But hey call the cops and like i told everyone here i sent the item, if it did not arrive that's the mail's issues not mine, You must prove i did not send the item, ontop of that i dear any one to call the police and say, i bought an Laser that is not legal where i live and think it was a scam, you'll get told by your police dept that you just admited to a crime.

I should also Remind this Forum Owners that posting info such as Name And Address here with out a police Order can have you sued or charged for many things.

as for the this 2nd person who get scam'ed i would like to know who said that, because no name to me means never happend.

so here you go if the Buyer Contacts police like i advised him to, i will be more then happy to phone the officer with the report and talk to them over the..

O ya right now i'm in NY well my ip is lmao

Actually, no. If you're a seller, it's your responsibility to get the item to the buyer. The buyer's responsibility is to pay you. Yours is to get the item there.

"The mail lost it" is not a valid absolution. And in fact, "the buyer didn't pay for insurance" isn't, either. If you've ever worked with eBay on these sort of things, they enforce the same notion: nondelivery is nondelivery, 'well it's UPS's fault' doesn't cut it.

Usually, what responsible sellers do when the mail loses an item is *at least* return half of the payment, that way the losses are mitigated somewhat on both sides.

But the appropriate response from seller to buyer when the courier loses an item being sold is not "lol, sucks to be you".
