I'm sure that you and Scopeguy are safe. You have two things in your favor: Jake is in the spotlight and can't get away with scamming anymore AND the fact that you two are GreyBeards with over 1000 posts each.

It is worth it IMO. for $220, I'm getting 10 LPC sleds, 7 PHR sleds, 2 Coleman max host/heatsink combos, and a GGW 6x sled

IMO this is just making things worse.

If he wants to solve things now he have an excuse to don't do it. If he didn't want to solve things again he have an excuse.

The ban is supposed to be to avoifd more people getting scammed, and so I thing he should be banned FOREVER or at least for a VERY LONG period.

This won't give him a real excuse. He can still use email. If Cold won't permanently ban him from the forum then Jake should at least be banned from selling anything here. We all know that Jake will still visit the forum, he just won't log in.

I agree, ban him for life. He just keeps on lying and scamming.

User CP ---> Edit options ---> Choose "Full WYSIWYG Editing" in the Miscellaneous Options ---> Done!
 
I talked with Jacob. He stated to me that he can not login as his ip apparently was banned so he can not even get on to post or make a new account. Some body reported him to the fda, and they came to his house and took all his laser related stuff with out a warrent or anything. He has nothing, and who ever the dumbass was, now jake owes a fine of around $2000 usd. People think hes scamming them but hes not. Yall don't understand whats going on. And some member on here had the audacity to tell Jacob that he hopes he dies, And Od's on his insulin. What is wrong with you people ? !

Well let us see one shred of evidence of this highly unlikely story. Jake has the e-mail of all his customers so why he cannot simply take a 1 minute scan and then spend 2 more minutes sending the proof of his fine to all the people he owes things?
I think people would be more understanding of his situation if it didn't sound like the same old bunch of bullshit he always lets loose when he's been naughty.
First it was "I am going to die without my insulin," (while not a single person out of over 15 I know with diabetes has ever had problems getting insulin) then it's "The FDA raided my house, took everything and gave me a huge fine." Again, this would be the first person for this ever to happen to to my knowledge. I don't even think the FDA does house calls.

With wildly dramatic stories and a previously banned member (and friend of the accused) being the one backing the story, we need some serious evidence to consider believing Jake.
