Has anyone contacted C0ld? Ban this guy fully. IP ban and remove this nonsense. I'll contact C0ld myself. This is going too far and I don't want a person like this on the forum. This makes US all look bad; that's what matters. This forum is more important then one member that is a total mess and a disgrace. My concern is the forum and this is embrassing.

i would never do such a thing as giving someones personal details out in public view, no way, i respect mine and others privacy.

i made this thread due to the large number of people complaining about jake.
he is now emailing me and claims he sent the kit back to me.
i guess only time decides

and it seems like a good idea to contact cold

Well, I don't think this is going to happen. People is not that stupid (I want to belive it at least) to think everyonehere is like him.

I woudn't call myself a newbie, and I'm sticking up for him, at least for a while. He is selling everything to get out of the hobby, so banning him would only have the effect of stopping him sort the problems out

How will banning Jake stop him from sorting out his problems? That is just silly!
 
Well, for one example, the build he did for "svars1" will just be ignored if he is banned, as he can't contact him.

Also, I know that you are just going to say "he isn't sorting it," but he came back for a reason. What do you think that reason is?

That is totally ridiculous. Jake has been ignoring Svars1 for quite a while... even though he had access to the forum. Why will the fact that Jake is now banned cause him to ignore Svars? What is preventing Jake from emailing him? :thinking:

Maybe I'm wrong. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and with Glenn, bought out all of his stock. If I get them, I'll be happy. If I don't, paypal should take care of it.

The whole issue is stupid. He builds a clientele and makes a pile of friends and then throws it all away over a few bucks. WTF is wrong with him?
