Scammed by jake21!!!!

It sucks that there are folks out there that Jake has done wrong, but man I can't wait 'till this thread isn't the first thing everyone sees on this forum. Hopefully everything will get sorted out soon.

I talked with Jacob. He stated to me that he can not login as his ip apparently was banned so he can not even get on to post or make a new account. Some body reported him to the fda, and they came to his house and took all his laser related stuff with out a warrent or anything. He has nothing, and who ever the dumbass was, now jake owes a fine of around $2000 usd. People think hes scamming them but hes not. Yall don't understand whats going on. And some member on here had the audacity to tell Jacob that he hopes he dies, And Od's on his insulin. What is wrong with you people ? !

You do know that if they search your house without a warrant then they can't charge you for anything they find IE "fines"

As I said he's now using the ban as an excuse. WHY THE HELL DOES HE SAYS HE CANNOT POST DUE TO THE BAN IF HE HAS BEEN ABLE TO POST FOR A MONTH AND HE HAVEN'T? Just the first day of ban he's alredy saying this. And for god, I don't know much about the FDA, but I strongly doubt it. This is more likely what the policedo to terrorists -.-

Chill out Albert, we know Jacob is a liar and cheat and basically what has to happen now is that every single person he has wronged gets back what he owes them. A ban on LPF is not an excuse since he still has his e-mail. If he does not sort it out it will not end with an imaginary $2000 fine but more likely a several month jail sentence for mail fraud.

Seriously I highly doubt that the FDA would just storm his house without a warrant and even if they did then they wouldn't be able to use anything they find as evidence against him. In other cases where people were caught shining lasers at planes and the like the police ALWAYS got a warrant and then did the search.

Furthermore even if the FDA did know about him then he would have probably received a formal warning letter/phone call like morenburg did.

@Jaseth, you should have seen, in the first few days after the switch to vB, Wes posted how the govt. was listening into his conversations, and how 9/11 was fake. Fun to listen to, but can be proven to be false.

Jake is almost certainly procrastinating in the hope that people will forget to open the disputes in time, so if you are still owed, NOTE DOWN the 45 day limit somewhere you won't forget it! He can't be searched without a warrant, and he can't be given a fine unless sufficient evidence can be provided. @Rob, I'd be very careful - unless Glenn is re-shipping half to you there's no guarantee it will arrive...

Also, I still don't remember Jake apologising for the hassle he has caused everyone?

Jake never admits that he did something wrong and I can't remember a time that he has ever really apologized for what he put people through.

Until I see some proof regarding the alleged FDA raid, confiscation of private property, or the supposed fines I have to believe that Jake is misrepresenting the truth by exaggeration, or just plain making things up.

That is a lie, it is a violation of the 4th amendment to search or seize property without a warrant. I know there are children on this forum but do not insult the intelligence of educated adults. Beyond that Jake is "raided by the FDA" and still selling laser related materials... This is getting old. He is banned now, the truth should be clear. This is tiring, the thread should be locked.

You can forget about your 4th and 5th amendment. they don't go by law anymore they do what they want 2. Adn citizens don't know there rights so they easily fall for the trap.
