The battery tube on this looks longer than a single 18350 flat top. Am I missing something here?
 





Looks like longer thread bodies on the switch cap and main housing... I like these transparent PCs!! Really like em. By the way, Rich, I’m still waiting to see that GGW in a fancy host:D

Hi Paul
It is a 18650 tube , I had previously made a single 18350 tube host much shorter. Working on a few 1x14500 hosts .

I am going to build that diode in a Red host just been busy with jobs and had no time to post a lot

I really like the metallic-looking transparent colors. There are also fancy PCs Eastwood has that have little shimmery stuff in them.

Not sure if it'd be a popular choice, but I like white (Arctic / Cream / lots of shades): I think it's clean and simple. Paired with the quaility of your builds, I'd dig it.

Also, maroon/crimson. Not a fan of "medium" red...but DARK or FIRE ENGINE. :)

Glad to hear some choices it widens the possibilities for other hosts. I seen the Metallics and they are sweet. I do have Trans Red and White powders available just didn't use them yet.

Also a big fan of white :D, Most likely due to the white sonar wickedlasers released all those years ago, and the >$2000 price tag it had upon release :beer:

I like white, but the color of the host matching the wavelength is also nice.
 
Hi Folks,
Great responses from you guys so far White is dominating and also color matching the WL's . I need to machine a few hosts to coat for trial run. Thanks for the ideas, I think about different ways and sometime they contradict my other thoughts so its always good to hear others.

Wow an outburst of White hosts nice need to see how they come out. I repaired an Arcane in White for a customer it was bright.

Just have to ask, was that Arcane you repaired one of "the Jokers" build:)
