yes those Lux Pro hosts hold a nice size heat sink and is compact. Should be great with a copper sink , cant wait to see it cooking buddy.

Thanks this build was awesome to make with the coating to match the host. And the Green beam of the N520 fit the bill nicely. I also have an N465nm diode and a NDG700 to build just don't know what host . Maybe a Mag Light in Green with the 700 and coated with the neon green I did on the Plug n Play.

I love this WL!! I’d love to put one of these diodes in a leadlights. That or the fancy blue Ultrafire you sent me :D. Are there a lot of these diodes floating around?

Hi SGD,

I had a few left should be getting some in the future hopefully . Use the flex drive 220 to 250 mA thats what set them at. This build I used a 2 element and no box figure at all. With a G2 well over 100 mW's but with this color WL you don't need a lot.

I believe DTR has some on the way. Should be available on his site soon.
 
Yes DTR should have some in a while, I'm already thinking about a nice compact host. Actually I like to make my own spring boards so maybe I will get Lifetime17 to turn a heat sink for one of the many flashlight bodies I have been collecting. :D
 
Looks like DTR's store is back up, although I don't see any of these 495's ......yet. ;)
 
He may have them, but is testing and pairing them with drivers before offering them for sale. He has done this in the past on new diodes. If he got them from the same source as I did, it only takes a few days to get them. As I recall, the least shipping is ~$25.00 for anything, but they get here crazy fast.
 
They are not here yet. Last update they said maybe by the end of the week but probably next week. :beer:
