Hi BM,
Basically the same as the 700 and the 7475 520's with a G2 lens , not a bad diode..

@ SGD,

Thank you the sink and adapter came out nice powder coated Black to match the rest of the host. couldn't use the CU sink that comes with the host. I just though it would be better off with w little more heat sinking meat around the diode.

This would certainly make a good 520nm laser build. Excellent work rich. I may be contacting you soon, I would really like to get a Plug N Play Host very similar to this one.
 
Hi Richie,
The new N520 is worthy , great diode and super bright . Divergence is great, and a 3 element will also be even better as usual. This n520 Black Out it a hefty build and it feels it when you handle it. As for the Plug n Play green coated i was going tout a NDG700 in it that i have in stock. we will see though. the coatings are tough and will hold up better than paint and anodized surfaces and you can polish them.

The Black SX4 looks good, with a bright green beam shooting out I'm sure it's sweet. :gj:

Thank You it came out great nice and solid feel to. The new N520 does the job well for this build with a touch of powder coat on the sink and adapter. I kept the contour of the sink in line with the diameter of the host for a uniform look.

No not yet but im thinking of a Red host build for that diode and i have to see if i have a driver for it. Should be a great build buddy.

I was thinking the same with a Red host and an AL sink grooved with a red coat. Should be cool what was the WL and driver setting for that diode.

Flaminpyro recommended set the GGW to 410mA max. It’s supposedly 650nm.
Mine is at around 440mA. But, only because dialing the Flexdrive pot was crazy sensitive and hard to nail 410. The one I sent you has leads on it so there shouldn’t be too much pinout confusion ;)

Hi GSS,
yes the coatings are coming out better since i was practicing , the color is neon green but looks a tad darker up front. ordering some violet powder for some 405nm WL's. next will be a mitsu 500 in a red side with host. Then a violet with a BDR-209. Thanks for looking buddy..
