Hey Richard what is the power of that pen? Also what diode?

Hi Alex,
If you are referring to the NDB7875/9MM / G2 lens /2X10440. side button. Here is the LPM of it..

Actually I was wondering about the smaller single 10440 pen?

Ops nm I did not look carefully enough. I dident realize it was a 510nm laser. Thought it was 445nm

So, Rich, are you going to relist the 495nm build once you replace the driver? If Nano Boost/Buck drivers are no longer available, astralist has some low current Boost Drivers for sale much cheaper than the Nano.

Hi,Alex,
Sorry its all in the post buddy no problem ..
@ Paul,
I have a few drivers coming from Astral going to check them out for a 495, rebuild of the AL host should be a treat..

Rich;)

I'm using one of his drivers for a 495nm build for a member here. I'll let you know how it works out.

hi Paul,'Great tell me what is the one you chose .. great i cant wait to get mine..

Rich:)

I have both the generic H and L drivers. Will use the one that holds 200 mA best on this diode. That's what the member wants.

Hi,
Great thats what i think he sent me also , the post over there is quite slow still waiting.

Rich:)

Mine came quite quickly. I plan on testing them tomorrow and trying to finish the 495nm build. I'll be sure to let you know how it works out. :yh:

Hey Rich,
I’m gonna send you an email.

Rich, I'm done evaluating the generic drivers from astralist. The longer drivers are the L and the tiny short one is the H. The L works great for these Sharp diodes as it is easily adjustable from ~40 mA to ~450 mA, but astralist says not to set it above 300 mA or the tiny diode on it will burn up. The H driver was difficult to adjust, especially at currents below 500 mA. Maybe it was just the one driver I got. I did get two of the Ls, but one was bad out of the bag. So, with only two drivers that worked, it isn't a great review. Thought you'd like to know.

HI Paul,
great to know my drivers are sitting in New York ICU for clearance i will let you know what he sent as soon as I can.

Rich:)
