[REQUEST] Lab Laser/Light Show (?) Tutorial

Could someone pretty please make a (maybe video?) tutorial perhaps on how to put together a lab laser/scanner/ILDA/no idea really what I'm talking about now system?

I'm looking up stuff and it looks rather complicated but I'd like to do it without risking destroying things...

I'm going to ask a very basic question that is still unanswered in my mind....

How do you TTL on/off (blank?) a 532nm laser? In my experience, they aren't that responsive to on/off. IE, they take some time to get going. Even a quarter of a second would kill the whole projection, wouldn't it ?

they have drivers that are already set up. also drivers like the flex mod p3 have a setting where you can keep the laser on just below its lasing threshold too. so that way the come on quicker

they aren't that responsive to on/off.

The pump diode itself is very responsive just like any other laser diode.
The secret is proper and separate temperature stabilization of the diode, and each of the crystals.
