Ok guys, here's one that took me several months to complete. It's a total unicorn that I assembled from parts. I called it Crimson Vengeance. Its a 632 nm. 700mw.
Unbelievable builds, The quality and attention to detail is next level !

One more very custom saber. This is big bad 7 watt. The beam shot is in a very well lit room.

I think I like "Crimson Vengeance" better than this one but this one is still a great looking host build !

Please tell, if you didn't machine it yourself, where did you had that made, total cost?

Tailcap and battery tube is taken from flashlight, but rest of the parts are DIY, contact boards, heatsink etc..

I've been looking for reasonable priced Online CNC services. (Protolabs eg.)

Just trying to design Modular Host Parts for myself and I'm planning to release all my host part designs for free at GrabCad some point.
I hope that prices will come down in future.

Hopefully in near future you just:
1. Go to GrabCad > 2. Choose your parts > 3. Order those parts from online service > 4. Assembly your host = Win

It can be done easily with 5-axis CNC mill. :D :D
But unfortunately prices are just too ridiculous. Hopefully that changes soonish.

Nice looking host Arctic. :gj: Have you decided which diode your going to put in it? I was trying to figure out which wavelength I'd put in. But it's such a nice looking host any color would work. There's a couple of new diodes out, maybe one of them that haven't been used in a build yet ( at least posted yet ) ? Anyways she's a beauty, well done. :)
