In Iran At the moment, 30.??kbps internet speed, insanely slow :'( :'(

and for some reason I cant open my googlecheckout page lol.

On the google checkout website they said that it is only abailable for residents in some countries, and they are working on improving it. Maybe Iran just isn't one of those countries and there is a bug in their system preventing you from accessing the true American site in some browsers (like going to google.com with IE will redirect you to google.nl (in NL) for whichever country your in). Maybe a change of browser will help. I recall IE to be more open to sending personal information to websites you're visiting, and with Firefox I don't have the problem with .nl and I can visit the true google.com.

Well also remember that Google, as an American company, cannot conduct business with citizens in Iran possibly since the two broke ties around 1980; so they might just block access to them altogether.
