He was "outside the US", but probably not in Iran. IIRC Iran has some fairly strong restrictions on internet access and other countries add to those restrictions. What his "nationality" is and where he is from are NOT the same things. I thought he was from "down under." (his website is .tk anyway)

The .tk domain is just a redirection service, if you have a website hosted on a free site it looks nicer to just hook it up to a free .tk domain so it looks nicer when displaying the link.

OK. I got where this came from. He said, "In Iran at the moment."

You're probably right about the .tk re-directer. He has shipping in the US as "domestic" shipping. He must live in the US somewhere.

yea, sorry for confusion, I AM in iran at the moment on vacation, visiting family. Googlecheckout is off limits I guess to people in iran, so until I get a proxy set up I cannot access any of my googlecheckout stuff.
