ANYTHING (under 5 pounds) that I send overseas, I send at least Priority Mail. I have had "parcel post" packages take up to 60 days to get here from China. To the UK Priority takes about 7 days. "Parcel" can take up to three weeks! I couldn't/wouldn't even hazard a wild guess at a predictable time for a package to get delivered in some of the Balkan States via "parcel post."
