Yup i got it
I will most likely be ordering the sleds Tuesday. I am awaiting payment from 8 people, if they dont pay by Tuesday then there screwed because i am ordering the sleds which will take 3 days to get to my house Via DHL Air saver©. Then i will package the sleds/extract them for the peoples needs and ship them off.

ok. again if people dont pay by 10:00pm est, there order will be canceled. see i did not think there would be this many orders. and the more sleds, the more i have to pay out of my pocket for shipping to me. and also so far i had to pay 50$ out of my pocket for damn paypal fees. so i dont want to loose any more money.

Wow. I'd recommend Google Checkout because the transaction fees appear to be cheaper, but it looks like they screw you over in about five ways if they arbitrarily decide to close your account, and there's no recourse unlike with PayPal. I'm no fan of PayPal, but at least you can (end up) reaching a real person on the phone.

Not even close.  At $0.25 pr/hr that's only 47 hours.  Plus, I don't see any allowance for packaging materials.  You know; tape, boxes, padded envelopes, labels, anti-static bags, etc.

Wes, how many hours do you estimate you have already spent organizing this, setting up the page, and dealing with the supplier?  You haven't even begun to do the labor part.

You have yet  to unpack the sleds, check them all out, harvest those that need it, package all of them up, print labels, and then mail them.  You're not really even done then.  You still have to deal with the unavoidable problems with shipment and delivery.  Finally:  disgruntled customers -- enough said
