They look just like these:

But reading the original advertisement :

It says Direct Diode.
If he will take 140 bucks I think I will just buy one. Maybe I will go 150, its still way cheaper than just a diode, but I already have a bunch of 532's.....oh well, it's just a matter of time, the diodes come out of the factory for probably 15-20 dollars, I bet China will be making 10 watt direct greens in another year and they will clean house like Wal-Mart...funny thing 90% of the stuff at Wal-Mart is made in china, the rest is split between USA, INDIA, and INDONESIA. China is already owning the led market, I just bought light bulbs for 2 dollars and 48 cents that replace 60 watt incandescent and only use like 8 watts, they have 9 little led's inside that are too bright to look at without the diffuser in place, and a power board, and the base is an aluminum heat sink. Hell just look at the fog lights at Walmart, they are Chinese leds as are the flashlights, China is about to run away with it, only thing is the hobby laser market is only like 3% of the annual total. But they will work for 10 cents profit and the blocks from N company are coming to us through China, you know they will copy and improve it, it's just a matter of time.

What I really want to know if these are 1/2 watt direct greens is are they Japanese or Chinese manufactured diodes.

These look like the same ones lazerer sells only this is a USA base seller.
The add also says make offer so they could probably be had for less.
I know we can get the 7475's from China for 250 and less but multi mode greens are so sloppy looking compared to a DPSS.
However these say DIRECT DIODE!!!

My dail-up modem is SO slow-- all I saw at first was this:

Wavelength: 532nm-:tsk:-AFAIK these CANNOT be both DD and 532nm
THAT makes me leering of this seller even IF they are USA:yabbmad:

Looks perfectly reasonable, you do realize that 660nm @ 200mw will not look as bright as even a 5mw green.
If its rainy or foggy outside you will see it's line pretty well but on a clear night it will look very faint. The dot will be visible and you should wear safety glasses for red wavelength if you plan on viewing the dot up close or lighting matches.

Generally any of the Chinese stuff that is advertised as 200mW of red is actually on par. They are simply just a diode/driver/lens, unlike the DPSS modules which are more finicky and harder to reach high powers with.

Thanks, yeah I do realize that it will be quite dim compared to green, just wanted to get a decent power 660nm laser. I'm not going to be doing any match lighting or burning with it, got 1.8w of 445nm for that. :D

That's because they're thousands new. Ophir sensors are that price alone, not even including the meter!

If anyone here buys something from this guy ( tcle2745 ) on ebay and when it doesn't come he keeps putting you off with an apology that he will send it to you soon, apply for a refund with ppal, he talked me into waiting so long before filing a claim I couldn't get my money back for a couple hundred dollar item I bought from him, he never did make it right and when I complained blocked me from communicating with him. I had purchased thousands of dollars of items from him over a period of a year and a half and to be treated that way is inexcusable if not stone stupid. There were no harsh words or disagreement, he just plain decided to negate his obligation for the sake of free money alone.

Why didn't you go to the Ebay resolution center? They are supposed to help with this kind of thing and is exactly what was behind the creation of Ebay...that is in terms of protecting both the buyer and the seller?

Anyone try these on our NUBM44 or NUBM07E diodes?
They are cheap enough, I will need 8 drivers when I get my block of 05T's
3 5W NDB7A75 445nm Blue Laser Diode LD Driver 4 5A Constant Current Slow Start | eBay
I should order a couple and run them into my 1 ohm test load and see how they hold up. 4.5 amps would be perfect for NUBM05T's
