What's the best way to order from rayfoss? I've emailed them but no reply, do I have the right email address

9. Wait (7-14 days) for item to arrive to it's destination (you).

wat if it takes more than 1-3 days ? i orderd my and payed for it on the 13 and its now the 18 and i dident get any email back from faona and i sent her like 2 emails askin wats up and nutin back can any one help me or tell me wats up ?

This has happened to me with o-like, what might have occured was that in the confusion of multiple orders, Faona might have simply forgotten to send you the email containing the shipment information.

I emailed them asking for the tracking info and was promptly responded to with an apology and the shipping information.

im waiting for a tracking number aswell, i got my email on the 14, and paid on the 14.

I am still waiting aswell

I hope they ship tomorrow or im going to start sending emails

I never ordered from rayfoss before but from what i hear they are a good company so i dont think we have anything to worry about. Im sure feona is just busy right now.

FYI I just got an email from them yesterday (responded in 12 hours) on some general questions.
I'm on the verge of ordering the RF532-200mW-FLX myself in a few days.
Here is what I wrote and what "she" said:

They are almost all identical in specs.
Which one has the highest number of FDA safety features?
Rayfoss: All of the 3 model has the same power poerformance just their outside hosts design is a little different. Model C03 and FLX has the FDA satety features.

Does the RF532-200mW-FLX have a closable aperture for
added safety?
Rayfoss: Yes, it has a beam aperture shut window for safety purpose.

Would you be able to put a IR filter on the FLX for me?
Rayfoss: Yes, if you need please request it in ordering process we would add for you.

Are there many issues shipping to the US?
Rayfoss: We will remove the true label off and stick a <5mW label on if necessary we also could ship the battery in saparately parcel for easy customs declare.

I emailed Rayfoss friday and didnt get email yet. They have those times where you dont get answers for a tad. I once got the laser in the mail and a day later they sent an email saying "Should get your laser soon"

I guess I'm asking if this is an "optional" feature and is there an extra charge for this? If you are going to do casual pointing, is an IR filter desirable?

I should have told them in my order notes!

Anyway, I ordered a 50mW FLX on the 18th and still got no confirmation email.
I hope I'll get it soon. My FocalPrice and DX order have already been shipped.
