They had to completely drain the PC & then re-upload a generic Vista program. Some of the files were on floppy discs, which then had to be transferred to hard discs & THEN uploaded, 'cause my DELL XPS M 1539 will NOT accept floopy discs. rob

Thanks for askin', but the virus corrupted ALL my files, so I had to pay $100.00 to have my PC wiped clean & Vista re-installed. Now workin' A-OK. 'preciate the offer though buddy, rob
