You should track it through the HK post website, but it usually takes about 5 days for the tracking information to show up. Be patient.
Faona will respond, but don't pester her, she is very busy.
And remember that it is a different time (and day) in China. -rat the time of this post it is Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at 1:06:59 AM in China

As I posted before, Faona said the package left Rayfoss on the 19th of April.
Even if I did not receive the package yet, I should be able to track it.
Don't worry, I am not spamming her inbox - lol.

Well, sorry to hear it's not tracking after almost 2 weeks. Perhaps the number is incorrect. Have you tried either here:

Also, does it begin with EE, or HK ?

I just tried to track it with your websites, but it still doesn't work.

Yeah. The EE numbers were from a while ago. RB is fine.
Sometimes it will only track the package up until it leaves Hong Kong. If you are not getting any info at all with that number, IDK. :thinking:
The tracking number should start with RB then have 9 numbers followed by HK. Use Hong Kong post website to make sure the number is correct.

Number is correct, 9 digits.
I'll wait a bit, maybe it's coming in the mail tomorrow - who knows? :D
 
FYI my RF532-200mW-FLX came today.
Total time from order to delivery was: 12 days. Shipping was quick too to US.
Only 5 days including a weekend!
It appears to work, but charging the batt and will compare tonight with my 5mw
green. Plus see if it will burn the usual things.
Communications was very good too.
Now to see if a) its up to spec, and b) it does not die on me after a couple days.

madhatter007, Your laser should not die anytime soon should you use it in a proper mannor and under normal conditions. In the case that it should die you have a 3 month warrenty.
 
Okay, I got a fast reply from Faona.
I can track the parcel now :)

The item (RB151xxxxxxHK) was posted on 5-May-2010 and is being processed for delivery to the addressee.
