sorry guys ive been through hell and back with family problems
but atm things are great with me i'll e-mail jack and see whats up
but pretty much its glenns show i'm not very experianced on gb's

I may be interested in this as well - Depends on the quality of the units from GB6. Those RPL's sure look nice :)

Regarding unadvertised power one can "ask for".. is it likely those would be eligible for a GB? Methinks there would need to be many requests.

A case is definitely important, even if a charger is not included. Adjustable tail cap would be awesome. For a discount like you guys are talking, I don't care whether it's the black or silver host color.

Just curious, which blue model are you planning on getting?

Blue is awesome, my favorite laser color so far. I do miss my blue RPL right about now :(
 
I am to talk more w/Jack today. He said the more extras the lower the discount, and advised me, (or the buyers), to buy the cases separately. He intends to supply chargers, batteries, and only the silver color units are now available. More information after I talk to him today. -Glenn

Question, on his site, the silver units are only available for 260mW and up for the green RPL's, is that was he was saying by only silver being available? Or will he offer any RPL in the silver host?

Good question^
I would be interested in getting the 200mW RPL. If it was in the silver option. I guarantee I'm in the GB:drool:

I don't know - it'll depend on what the GB will net. I'll get whatever "max power" (lol) blue is available via the discounts.

Ultimately, I want to have 2 or 3 other colors, and if this GB works out, I can make my next another Optotronics (another +).
 
the RPL blue is a very nice color indeed my 25 peaks at 50 and stays aroud 30 mw
and 473 looks to be 4 times minimum brighter than bluray
 
:bumpit:I was just wondering when a decision is usually made whether to close a GB feeler such as this one, which started in July. Or, when it is a "go" with the vendor (Jack). I count 10 or so members indicated an interest in this one.
