At these rates I may want a 15mW RPL 473nm.. or perhaps 20mW. I may also be down for some optics (nothing much, just some diffraction gratings.)
I am going to a job interview next week, so it all depends on whether or not that job coincides with my lectures.. I really hope I can take it so I have more funds for lazorz. I haven't bought any for a LONG time :(

Well I know that there was a RPL-70mw Blue that Bryce007 has now.
Ive also heard of 500mw greens :o
 
Hey thanks for the price list gotwake424!, but so far Jack says no discount on the 150 mW GLP, (pen), also, it could go to 20% off if the orders really crank up, but so far I would rather the list be for 15% off at least until we can get Jack to go to 20 Thanks Again! -Glenn

I seem to remember John having an ~80mW at some point.. but I don't know who has that now. Obviously people went crazy to get it ;) It will be quite rare for Opto to have ones over 50mW, but as far as I know they do get a few units at powers exceeding that every year, and seeing as they are not actually advertised on the homepage, there may be some to snatch up :)
You may also be lucky enough (but quite unlikely) to get one at 50mW or a bit more when ordering a 30mW. Even average power tends to be overspec when you buy from Opto. If DX were selling the 532nm, they would probably raise the rated power of each one by 200mW :p

Yosebrel was the original owner of the 70mw 473 Blue

EDIT- Hey Glenn ask him if on top of the discount would we be able to get futher price off if we forgo the extra warrenty?

O.K. I need to ask Jack several questions, like, do any cases and the other extras come with the GB discounted units? Can we get to a $ foigure or a laser qty and get to the 20% discount?, & the 25% discount? Do the Gb units have the same warranty, and is there a better price with the warranty waved? atm tthat's all I remember, anybody got more questions? -Glenn
 
I have one question.. if you were to choose only a 90 day warranty (not that I think I will, but just curious), would the 10% be taken off before or after the GB discount, or would it be added to the discount so the whole price is decreased by 30-35%?
Also, you have already written the question yourself, but it would be very nice to know about extras such as cases :)

Personally I think that a lot or most of the people would want the battery and charger, and maybe the case. Other than that you nailed it/.

Edit- Glenn can you also ask if we still get the choice of tail caps? and Choice of color. Thank you

Sorry for my impatience, this is just very exciting for me as I have not owned a 473nm laser before and I have just been told that I am very likely to get the job I applied for.. so I am almost 100% on this GB. Big thanks to you and John for arranging this.

I am in. I'd like to get another of Jack's works of art in true blue.

Regarding unadvertised power one can "ask for".. is it likely those would be eligible for a GB? Methinks there would need to be many requests.

A case is definitely important, even if a charger is not included. Adjustable tail cap would be awesome. For a discount like you guys are talking, I don't care whether it's the black or silver host color.
