B-Mounts also go up to 2.5W, meaning that 300mW output is possible with a good crystal set. Pushing 25% efficiency 500mW is also possible, but highly unlikely from a poorly-designed cheap Chinese laser.
So more likely than not this uses a B-Mount or 9mm pump diode. Personally, I've never seen any greens which use a 9mm as the pump, it's generally C-Mount or 5.6mm open can.
Who knows, this might be the start of something special

Wow, I see that to now. Before it was advertised for 400mw for (I think) $194.99. And now it's advertised at 300mw for $249.99. I don't know about you guys but I was really exited for this. I was even ready to sell my iPod so I could afford to buy this laser
Ok so they changed the price and name of the 300mW back to the 400mW $196.99 but the stats on the bottom of the page say 250mW-300mW. They still have the same item up but for $399.00. My account still shows that have never bought anything from them even though i spent over $200. I hope they fix this

The site has changed every time I've looked at it over the last week.
I don't know what to belive now :knight:. Think I better hang on to my money for a while:scared:
till things settle down and some of them are tested by trusted LPF members.
