new to scanners

the scanner take power from the psu provided with them.

the laser is powered from the psu provided with it.

the ilda connector links the laser and scanners together via the computer. the computer/software will control the on and off of the laser and control the scanners.

its works the other way around.


when the wires on 4,17 are shorted the lasers turn on when you break that connection they are on

the scanpros use a universal switchmode power supply (90-250vac) you just have to supply a power cord
 
sweet.Thanks and how do i have it so i can change from ilda to dmx easily.

no i mean off.

my dac has a jumper wire on those pins

as far as i'm aware the DMX board has some kind of autodetect function that switches from DMX to ILDA when a signal is present (you'll have to ask maybe someone at lasershowparts about this)
 
just got my big shipment from laser wave so i have a set of scanpro20s in hand and they do say

input AC 90-264v


so 110 and 220 will work
 
i received a big shipment from laserwave recently.

2x 250mw 473nm modules
2x 800mw 650nm modules
1x 1watt 532nm module

10x 3 aixiz mirror mounts
2x dichros
10x front surfaced mirrors

then seperatly soem cambridge scanners

:) :)
