is this normal for a beginer?

it states something along the line of
"admin hasnt activated ur account or im trying edit some1 details etc ," or
"you are not logged in"
which is strange top right hand corner says welcome r1lazer

What section are you trying to post in? Boards like the laser pro shop are limited to certain members only etc, though you shouldn't have that problem in any other boards.
