There shouldn't be any need to ship internationally unless there is only 1 person in a specific country. Like that guy from kuwait.

Actually sold a laser to him recently... shipped it to a friend of his who is state side, so maybe that could be done for him again.

You guys are right. There should be no need for international shipping but in case we need to... its better to be prepared than not. Thanks to everyone who is willing to spend the extra money and time at the post if such a case should exist.

You have about 30 days to find a gift. Thats plenty of time IMHO. Hope you find a great one! I suggest waiting until you know who you will be giving a gift to

I think I am out. The budget dosent line up with my ideas, I was going to send a smaller version (one battery instead of 3) of my 100 watt halogen flashlight that I posted in the flashlights forum, but that would have totaled $50ish.

Anyway, if I can think of something, I will join. I am curious to find out what people get

Same goes to you. I would wait until you find out who you will be giving a gift to. You will have plenty of time to think about it

BTW ARGLaser: I hope that didn't come across wrong! I'd be happy to have you as a secret santa and vice versa - I was just lamenting the fact that if we're sticking to our own countries, and there's only a couple Canadians, it blows that whole surprise aspect - which I think is 95% of the fun here!
