Shit like this really makes my blood boil. Even though the kid was wearing focalprice goggles its still reckless and you can clearly see the yellow spot on the glasses from where the laser hit.

I hope for the kids sake it was an IR filtered laser :tsk:

He was wearing Laser Safety Goggles (the OD I don't know)...
The shooter was aiming at his mouth (for stealing cookies???)
The beam could only be in his eyes for a fraction of a second...
Looking at the Video... I can't really see the laser hitting his eyes...
Was it really a 200mW Laser or a Chinese true 30mW labeled as 200mW...

The parents are the ones that should be taken out back for a
serious talk about stupidity....

Yeah, it didn't hit his eyes, but still they shouldn't have been pointing it at his face. Stupid parents, lasers are not toys. At least they were smart enough to get their kids goggles.

If it didn't hit his eye its just by sheer luck.
The fact that they own glasses shows that someone over there is aware that there is a danger. They should now better then to allow random play with green lasers of (I presume) totally unknown power.

I took a look at their website, they sell VERY overpriced lasers. 65$ for a 405nm pen laser.

Also to fix the link problem, why dont we paste the link and put a space in the video ID and tell people to remove the space to watch the video. The youtube cant find a link to the video here
