I was gonna try to hang in until the end of June but I just can't see myself doing it anymore. I'm in debt for almost 2k$, owe another 4k$ for last years taxes and probably another 1-2k$ just for this year and all I hear is folks whining about prices. I would like to thank all of the excellent customers I have had over the past 3.5yrs and I will miss doing business with you. Moh, Luke P., Dave G., Matt G., Florian K., and even Clif himself just to name a few. Customers like you guys made it worthwhile. Thanks for your support guys.. now that modwerx is closed feel free to visit Clif at cajun lasers for all your hobby needs.

I'm sorry to hear it. Modwerx was indeed the site that gave me the components to make my first LPC-815 laser. The hobby wont be the same without you, and I appreciate everything that you contributed to the forum and laser community. You will be sorely missed, but if it's what you have to do, we bear no ill will. Thanks again for all the things you have done.

Oh, you mean you didn't know that many of our community's customers expect sellers to bust their asses all day long for them free of charge? Rude awakening huh?

This is one thing that I've always been VERY vocal about. This community is LUCKY to have the prices we do. Paying peanuts for laser equipment used to be a pipe dream no matter who you were.. obviously today technology has progressed to the point where it is dirt cheap.. but it'll never be cheap enough for some of the idiot buyers in this community unless you give it to them for free, drive it to their house personally and buy them lunch while you're there..

These kinds of people are just a bunch of whiny bitches who are impossible to please. The best advice I can give ANYONE is to ignore them completely. Only idiots with a sense of "entitlement", cheapskates, and/or bums expect people to bust their ass for them for free or as close to it as possible. All three types of individuals are entirely worthless as far as I'm concerned, certainly not worth allowing your heart rate to increase by even one BPM much less allow it to influence a decision to go out of business.
