I bet there's an arbitration clause in the Paypal agreement. Not sure about US law, but I would imagine this prevents a class action?

Arbitration clauses are not binding ..... we have them, here, and they say "you MUST TRY before with an arbitration, and then, if you are not satisfied from the arbitration, you can call for a court case" ..... just that you must try it before, not that you're bound to its decision.

It may depend from country to country ..... but consider this: if a judge accept the case, it can end with an ask to paypal to give a proof that the account was suspended cause it was used for an illegal purpose, for every single suspended account (and not a simple "we have suspended it cause we thoughd it was used for an illegal purpose" declaration, but a concrete proof, like, as example, "account xxx, suspended in date xxx cause the user used it for this, this and this illegal operation, that we have recorded and present as proof" ..... for every suspended account) ..... maybe, paypal need to considerate if their actual arbitrary suspension politics worth the risk to have to end in this way, or have to pay damages for all the accounts suspended without a valid guilty record, plus tribunal and cause fees ? :eg:

EDIT: and also plus all the bad advertisement that this type of cause can produce, at world level, for a company that manage the money of other peoples, with the correspondent loss of faith in their system

Not possible to make no mistakes. You type in the whole Day informations dry as a fart. Numbers, letters, numbers and letters on and on. While doing this you dont mind if a green Laser is 532nM or 473nM. This is simply not possible. And many times the persons who make the type in work have no idea about what they write.
You will find wrong informations in EVERY Catalog. Some make more, some less

If you have issues with your lasers being under spec, maybe you need to buy a LPM and test each laser !!!! Find out the real output, and list and sell it for what it really is. Any true business will back up their products 100%.

I know, cause i wrote my own one (and few others) ..... is for that reason, that when i find errors, i usually point the owners of the sites to the errors.

Not for bash them, just for help them (only if the errors are clear frauds, i usually bash them, in all the other cases, it's an helping trial).

And, if you think about this ..... was not better, if you write sites, to have other peoples that helps you finding the errors that you have not noticed initially ?

Well for one thing, they do not have any 473nm lasers on their site.. so must be pretty hard to confuse or accidentally type something they don't have period. Just my thoughts on it...

I did have issues with a 200mW greenie and another thing i bought. I sent them back and Tmart is replacing them for me. Its kinda a hassle to get things approved for replacement though. Once i get my new stuff, ill be happy.

As for Tmart, i think they are no worse than any other chinese online laser/other junk seller. Its nice the send stuff out of NY though.

I knew 1 W of 473 cheap was a dream - woulda gutted that thing, put it in a lab host (and thus 100% duty cycle) along with a flexmod, and cubed it with a 445 in my projector

If you want to assemble it by yourself, firstly the laser head should be matching, secondly you should have certain technology. But one thing is for sure, the effect of the assemble one is not as good as the original one.
Usually we don't recommend that customer assemble laser by themselves, because as to the man-made damage, we are not responsible for maintenance.
