I was a little disappointed at him buying all those 473's for $15 and then reselling them on PL for $175/ea... instead of passing on the good deal he would rather make money off the community... sad really, guess thats the youth of today, money at any cost lol

For a Member that has been registered on the Forum longer than I have....
do you really believe that ALL the people that have stated they
have been scammed by Laser_Ben are lying...:thinking:

If it was only one or two.... perhaps... :undecided:

But the number of Scam Claims leads me to believe the Scammer
scenario is true...
Too many complaints about Laser_Ben have made me shy away
from any of his "great deals"...

After all.... I didn't just fall off the turnip truck...:cool:

After reading all this, I'm rather glad I ultimately decided not to pursue buying that ruby laser head from him. It's "old" equipment that probably would have been guaranteed "non-DOA." :(

Earlier someone said that it's hit or miss with Ben. This is the best possible description I think.. He keeps everything off-balance because it protects him and allows him to continue his scams because he doesn't get banned from forums or groups and people aren't always complaining. Not everyone gets scammed when dealing with Ben and I have no idea what his "criteria" is to determine who gets scammed (if any). Some get scammed, some don't. That way there is always some positive feedback to balance the negative, at least to Ben. Now, though, there are more and more victims voicing their experiences and it's finally starting to outweigh the few people who have successfully done business with Ben. To me, it doesn't matter if you scam everyone or every third customer or every tenth. Once a scammer always a scammer.

Chris is guilty of major ebay scams, shill bidding, multiple accounts, deceptive descriptions, changing posts after chit went south, and more. There are multiple complaints on multiple forums including ours. But for some reason none are his fault. There is a reason why he was banned for eBay, and PP froze all his accounts. He has also said multiple times he was leaving this forum, but still remains. He has NOTHING to say about Ben.

It would seem that his goal is whatever makes the sale. No ethics whatsoever. The drive for money is his greatest concern.
