Okay let me get started... I used a flip blaster (its a little toy gun that shoots rubber darts). In my opinion its the perfect host for my LAZERGUNN.
I gutted the whole thing using my dremel just the shell was left. The LAZERGUNN has a LG BH10LS30 10x diode, flex drive set @ 365mA, 405-G-1 glass lense with a ez focus adapter, a 3mW red laser sight.. powered by a rechargable 3volt aaa size battery...but heres the cool part the aaa is charged by the solar cell built into the gun . The main laser (blu-ray 10x) is powered by a 3.7volt cr2 rechargable battery. So are you guys still with me? lol There are two lasers in this Lazergunn, one is the 3mW red laser sight and then the primary laser the blu-ray 10x shes pushing 533mW's NICEEE!!!

I am still finishing the tiny details but its about 97% done its really cool when its closed nice and small and east to carry, I still need to put on a belt clip, paint in some detail, and thats about it ..so lets me know what you guys think.

I really like it when members use a different type of laser host to build a very aesthetically pleasing laser as a whole. It drives me to hopefully someday be as creative and competent at laser builds as the veterans around here on LPF.

Great job DM!!!

P.S. Definately worth a +1!

that's cool! +1 to you!
:lasergun:
btw, SOLAR CELL? WHY? (j/k)

now just change your 3mW red laser for an LPC815 @ 420mA

Why buying a housing instead of making one yourself? The actual laser is soldered together in 5 minutes...better half of a weekend for a UNIQUE housing. Anyone?

Why spend a whole weekend building a UNIQUE housing that may
or may not look good... when for a fraction of the time and money
you can modify an existing housing and make a UNIQUE Laser build....

Do you have any pics of any of your UNIQUE housing Laser builds...

Dude...no offense but first of all: I am not one of those kiddies with a DVD burner diode pointer on utube.
Would not ask such a damn question if I would to worse than that or equal.

YouTube - Homemade REAL Pulse Laser Gun

Theres a thread up here somewhere...

That is a Nice build also.... so you built that in half a weekend....
Good job if you did...

No offense.... but don't put words in my mouth....
No-one called you one of those kiddies with a DVD burner
diode pointer on utube
....:undecided:

[EDIT: Unnecessary ]

What I meant was: Why dont you spend more time in your projects? Would be more impressive than a toy-gun.

BTW: Took me a bit longer than a weekend.

^^ I like both laser guns.:gj:
@AnselmoFanZero- Some of us like the simple things in life.
My signature has a laser in a toy and it was a lot of fun.

Easiest way to handle criticism: Acting like a 12 year old...your land must be very proud marine.
Wasnt meant as an insult or any offense...just a question. If youre thinkin everybody just giving hugs and shake hand because you put a laser in a water-pistol...sorry dude.
