GB: Brand New Empty NewWish Pen Hosts. "THis is Now a Group Buy"

I dont know exactly what IC design is meant for those boards. But i know you can Fit a LM1117 type driver build on them. You just have to get creative.:)

If a lm1117 can fit in there, get 2 of those boards for me :) Well i'll only have them if 50 or more are ordered, right?

Yes you can fit a LM1117 on them. That is what i plain on doing.:)

There is 35 left now - the 2 you want that will be 33.

You are not committing to anything yet. Until i hear from all of you if you want them or not.

The More we get the cheaper they will be.

So how ever many we get i will ask for a re quote at the end and then i will ask again who is still interested in the new quote.:)

Its the best i can do. Really these are for another host pen that a seller sells witch his pen coast alot more so the switch seems fair.

However since iam giving these pens out so cheap the switch's look more expensive then they really are if you think about it.

So there is 33 left to go for the price of $2.75 a pice.

Can you get pics of that board, front and back ? ..... i can try to guess for what circuit it was planned, if i have pics of both the sides.

^^^.

This is not my picture but its Jays:

This is the top of the board. I cant find Pictures of the bottom.

I'm sorry, without the other side, it's almost impossible to be sure ..... i tried to follow the tracks and imagine the components, but for that what i can see on this side, it can be both a "linear" driver, or an "apc" driver made with transistor and that regulate the power with the built-in diode in the LD body.

I have the same one HIMNL9, taking pics now. IF i can find a camera. IF not I'll use iphone cam

And once again, it's from jay, but I have it in hand, and it is the same thing

EDIT: looks the same at least.

Literally best I could do with my iphone. any closer or further away, the pics got blurry as hell. Hope you can seeeeee it

Thanks Jake You Are Correct they are the same boards.:)

They Are the Boards and assemblies that go in those Black or Chrome Pen Hosts that Jay sells.:)

They are not meant for these Host so that is why there is such a price difference for them but i think they will fit. I just got a couple in today . I wanted to make sure when the host come in that i can check and see if these fit fine for the few that people are interested in.

I also want to mention to anyone that is Not interested in the Switch Please either PM me or Post that you dont want them so i then can request a New quote for those that want the switch assemblies.:)

Thanks ..... yes, it's a bit too blurred, i can see only some of the tracks paths ..... anyway, probably (say, 90%), a linear driver, that use an op-amp like 1358 or similar in SOP8 case ..... the voltage reference can be a TL432 in SOT23, and the space for the transistors are small, it suggest me that originally it was designed for a low power LD.

Sorry, can't guess more than this, from the pics ..... it can probably be "rebuild", if needed, or the tracks can be used for host a different schematics, like 1117 in SOT223 package.

EDIT: about the switches, thanks, but i already have lots of switches around.

Do these hosts fit an aixiz module , if so , do i have to secure them with glue / thermal adhessive ?

I will get you better pics when I get my real camera tonight

If you can do this, please take at least one pic from the "ic pattern" side with some light back the PCB (like seeing it counterlight), and one normal, if possible (for check what vias are connected and where) ..... the switch side is already clear from the other pic (if you don't have one without switch)

im gonna try to draw it right now LOL
this should be as understandable as your english HIMNL9! (Just joking, no offense ;) )

Still a bit confused, also increasing the contrast ..... can you confirm me if the tracks and vias i guessed are corrects ? (cannot follow them clearly under the white mask ..... having one of them in hand, is more easy, cause you can look it counterlight)
