GB: 4$ heatsinks, 1.5$ aluminum modules AND more!

I need some too. It's really hard to work with "No head" ones.

If you don't want to wait for new screws, you can run a hacksaw across the top of a headless screw two or three times and use a flathead screwriver on the resulting notch...

These are actually way to small to run a hacksaw on I have tried as I am sure some of you did too. I tried the dremmel too but I just cant do it.. believe me if I could have fixed them I would have. wrecked 3 trying and gave up you would need a hacksaw blade that is about 3x thiner than the standard..

I just noticed this on paypal:

1 brass screws 3 $0.11 CAD 0.001 kg Canada
2 aluminum heatsink 2 $2.00 CAD 0.03 kg Canada

Is it a typo, or am I getting aluminum heatsinks?

Also a warning to people buying the Small Sun flashlight's,
The ones I got from DX only fit a 15mm driver,
so it will require some modding to fit a standard round dirver.

just got my 450 sm diodes and went to do a build using an aurora host and heat sink. the sink was from the gb. about .008" had to be taken from the diameter of the sink to get it to fit in my new aurora host. i just noticed the set screws for the sink have no slots.
anyone have a good fix?

I can send you slot ones,

PM me your adress :)

I had a customer send me a C6 with one of the gold plated heatsinks with a flat set screw. Just got out my dremel and and thin cutting wheel. Cut a slot for a small flat heat and it worked great.:)

I am actually new to all this, so I don't know how stuff is done in this buying section. But I will take a natural copper c6 heatsink :)
