Yea diodes are at the post office now but they arrived too late to be on the truck today.
I was going to put a laser diode socket in everyone package because i was given 20 of them. But it looks like they got thrown away :(.

Thanks! Got a tracking number for me, by chance?

Yes but there all on one receipt ill post tomorrow I'm to tired to sort them tonight I'm off to bed in a few.

I hooked up my diode to get some pics and specs for y'all wile you wait.

My first thoughts were these diodes aren't quit as good of beam specs as I hoped BUT there still pretty good.
nice tight beam divergence seems good ill measure it tomorrow. and not much splash at all unlike those m140 diodes.

the spot appears to be similar to my 20mW 635nm diode.

Got mine yesterday. Just opened the package a little while ago.

That's a whole lot of extra goodies! Thanks!

As soon as I get a module I'll see how it compares to the osram pl450.
Could you send the spec sheet to me?

well the spec sheet says Absolute max ratings 200mW.
and we have pushed diodes well beyond max ratings before.
