somewhere between $3-5 hopefully closer to 3 Ill get postage envelopes tomorrow and ill check the postage prices as well.

lazerman121, not to be a rock on the road but you are going to have to count me out. I don't currently have the funds for this right now and I honestly don't really think I would have much use for a diode since I don't plan on making a DIY laser for awhile.

Is this still open? I may be interested. I wish there was previous testing done on these diodes so we knew how far they could be pushed...

Yup its still open :beer:.

these diodes have been around since 2010 everyone who has bought them seemed to love the tight been but your right I wish there was some legit testing done.

A huge part of me only wants to buy one. And then another part of me wants to have more diodes than I need in case something happens and I cannot source more in the future.

OK what gives On the USPS web site I selected large envelope and typed in weight but then it only gives me diffent flat rate envelope prices.
Is there not a way to type size and weight for generic packages.

Flat-rate large padded envelope is $5.95.

What I do when shipping diodes is just use an envelope and a stamp and put in mailbox. Just bubble wrap the diodes. As long as it isn't extremely thick it should not be a problem.

How about this If you all are OK with it I already bought generic bubble wrap packages that I know I can ship across the contry for under $5 (ive done it before.)
How about $5 shipping for US buyers and whatever money is left over ill donate to the forum.
as far as International shipping goes looks like i have a trip to the post office to do to figure that one out.

also Im throwing in a goodie bag xD with everyones diode.
