I agree with tysonc1979. It's a nasal aspirator for sucking snot out of a baby's nose. I still have the one from when my son was a baby & it looks JUST like that.

Damn....bulbs like this are multipurpose for all sorts of personal, hygenic, electronic and then some 'uses' (hey now) ..... WTF is this one used for!?
