This is a custom host for a green module. Module size needs to be 11.90mm dia x 62.00mm long. This is the pretty much the standard size for green modules these days. Battery size for the host is 1 cr123 battery. I can change the green o-rings to black if you don,t care for the green.

How hard is it to build a green laser? I generally know the process for 445 and 405nm, but 532?

With this host just Slide the module in and tighten the set screw. Thats it!

This one just requires you to insert a green module and a battery. And you can then start lasing. Easier couldn't have been.
