Picture Time for ElektroFreak!
Here are a few more pictures for what I am shipping you (minus the laser enclosure). This should give others a better idea of what is available.
This is the laser enclosure with everything removed.
Another shot showing the exit path for the laser light from this enclosure.
This is the secondary optics unit. It sits right at the front of the laser assy. It is made of hard plastic.
This is the primary optics unit for the laser assy. It is made of glass but does not look to have any coating on it. I know it has no IR film as this was used with an IR laser
Here is a better top-down view. You can see both sides are curved.
One of the small cubes. The smaller cube is made of glass while the bigger cube attached to the back is made of hard plastic. It wouldn't take much to separate these if you only wanted one or the other.
Ah, the Polygon Mirror and Motor Assy. I have removed it from the laser assy and you can now see a better side view of it here. The mirrored edges of this look to have a goldish coating on them. What that would mean for laser light I have no idea
A 3/4 top-down view.
Ah, a top-down view of the laser heatsink
Looking directly into the 'barrel' of the heatsink. The optics in this are adjustable. They are currently held in place by a drop of red 'screwloc'
I re-attached the plate which holds the laser diode. I don't have the tools to remove the IR module, however I'm sure some of you may. Two screws hold the heatsink and this plate together. I'm sure you have or can find a few screws or nuts to hold this onto whatever enclosure/assembly you wanted to mount your laser to.
The CCD optics. They are a hard plastic. I'm sure you could find some use for them
