Hey All,
I Received my Diode today after Looking and asking every supplier that had them for some time i finally found one that said they had a few for single sale so i bought 1 right away.
I Just got it in so here is a few pictures of the diode. It looks pretty beefy compared to the 300mW version which I decaned one last night that was DOA.

Ill be "Testing" For whatever i can and that i have available to me and thats MAX POWER and Hopefully get a graph up of at what currant equals what power. Also i will be testing divergence and Four different lenses out. The 405-G-1,405-G-2,AR Coated Acrylic and Aixiz Red.
SO Please remember this that i dont have the ability to test extensively so more details will come from a more experience member. This is all iam able to do at this time.

Here are my numbers for the Mitsubishi ML501P73 500mW 635nm/638nm diode.
Iam Using an AR Coated Acrylic Lens in these Results. THe Diode is in a Large heatsink then held in place with a vice. Iam unsure of the temperature of the heatsink as i dont have anything to test the temperature with.
Iam using my ophir Laser power meter.
