what classifies a Fail as Epic?

would one consider actually writing an Epic to document the Fail?

I think your fail is just a straight fail.

Yeah, that's another good point!

A fail should be something relatively easy to do, like forgetting to do something or just being stupid.

Where as an epic fail should be so damn impressive, that it looks like someone tried really hard to get that fail to work

i concur. after further consideration it can be concluded that the Windows error message was just a fail and not an Epic Fail.

a regular fail does not deserve having fail capitolized, but Epic Fail should always be capitolized
