Yes you can rep using mobile browsers but it can be a bit temperamental.

When I try to write a comment it goes away and doesn't rep.

Yep, that's what happens to me as well. I found a way of doing it on Chrome.
You click on the rep button, let the box come up and click the cursor in.
Let the box disappear like normal. Then click the button again and scale and drag the page to the box.
Now you can write your message and rep like normal.
It is a pita on mobiles I have found.

I usually click and hold rep button and open rep in new browser tab. Works that way too

Ill try a couple ways you guys suggest. I'm working with all android stuff like tablets and my note 8. I know there is a way. Its just been too long since I've been here.

Got it. Open e tab. Stupid but it works. Don't understand why this can't be fixed though. I only use darkshadowv5
