Good day fellow laser lovers! :wave:

Although I'm a very recent new member and laser newbie, I just made a small ($20) honorarium donation. This was in honor of those that offered me a warm welcome in my Welcome thread, as well as those that unknowingly helped me by posting misc info that helped me make an informed first laser purchase (50mW 532nm and 1W 445nm).

Thanks for everything Avery and the LPF team! I am now to the point of making lasers! Almost solely due to this forum and the information I've gained on it; fore that, donating $50 is the least I can do! :D

Yea the rep system is a PITA as it is now, I find I don't want to deal with it until I want to rep something good but then I can't.

If it goes back like it was I will be happy.

Well, my LPF was not loading on my personal desktop. So, I E-mailed Avery about the issue, I assumed he was busy and I would not get a reply until tomorrow sometime, but to my surprise, I received a reply within minutes and he gladly and quickly talked me through what may have been wrong and narrowed it down to changing my DNS server which worked instantly! I know I said I was going to donate a good amount due to getting taxes back, but after that I increased my donation twice as much! :paypal: Thank you so much Avery for the immediate help and I hope the Benjamin helps keep this forum as amazing as ever! :thanks::thanks::beer:
