Is it possible to delete your account here? Or would I have to PM or email one of the admins?
Thanks

Accounts are NEVER deleted, admins won't do it no matter how hard you beg. Only thing that can be done ia banning an account but your posts will always be here

You cannot delete an account, but you can edit your past posts if there is something you do not want to be seen.

There is no rationale for deleting an account though.

Hey look who's back! Care to update the calibration thread? :D

Speak of calibration, why don't we all pitch in for a super stable low output laser, have it lpm'd by a known calibrated meter, and pass that thing around to members on a list? Any thoughts?

Lower power is a bad idea. Thermal meters (I.E. TEC based and Radial [Ophir 20C-A]) will pick up heat from anything. This makes them more inaccurate at lower powers.

The best thing for testing would be a mid power laser, 1W-1.5Wish.

However, lasersbee's can only be calibrated with a 500mW laser, so I suppose 500mW would be best?

The 405 I had was very stable at 510mw. Maybe we can do a cheap build with one of those.

Is this worth me starting a thread? See what everyone thinks?

Tony and Alex, I'm very disappointed in both the responses.......Zeebit and I, along with IE, are referencing THIS thread.......WAYYYYYYYYYY more important to calibrate those ;)
