Supp Guys,

So I decide to de-anodize my Torch to give it a different look. The brushed aluminium finish IMO is much better looking! I might even have one of you guys polish it for me...anyone up for this task? Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks for looking!

I wouldn't polish it. The brushed finish looks better.

Why would you remove the anodization at all?

There is no performance benefit in it, and if its just about looks you may prefer a steel host instead.

Nice. Iam making one of these my self now in my own host.:)

Im in CT not to far from NY.;) Send me a PM if you want to talk about polishing it.:)

Benm the WL torch does not come in steel so in order to get the "look" of something shinny its the only way if it is only available in aluminum. There is No benefit of Polishing a host its all looks.:) Which iam highly a fan of.:D

But that would be sick if you can find a host in that size made of Stainless steel.:eg: Have you seen any.? Its bout the size of a Mag-lite. I would love to pick one up.

Wow! You went from a Marine to a NY Fireman... what's next, President??? :D

Very cool... I'm sure you worked hard in getting to where you are at.

 It was either FDNY or SCPD....The FD called me first, A lot of my Marine bros also went that route, Its an easy transition from one to the other.

Thanks
