CNI 750 mw 635 nm Diode

John, why not? It is a new "red" LD - the section is the right one IMHO.


Anyway, I asked CNI if it is possible to build the diode into a PGL-III-C. They can´t provide it yet.
 
If a 150mW already cost 120 ( euro ) i wonder how much a 750 will cost ( aka forget it ) to much !
 
Is the price a secret? If so, can you PM me as well, just out of curiosity?
