There IS a market for goggles on here that are in the lower price range.

Especially for goggles that would work for 630-660nm.

Right now for goggles to be used with red lasers, the only options are basically either go certified, which are kind of pricey, or Eagle Pair, which I would do, but Gary doesn't carry the fit over glasses style.

If Skylasers is willing to donate a pair or two for testing I would be happy to destroy them in the same way as I have before with the Uvex goggles... http://laserpointerforums.com/f52/c...test-uvex-s0360x-ultra-spec-2000-a-73484.html

Actually I never heard of a 460nm diode. I believe the 460nm laser has the Osram PL450 diode which is 450nm. The color is the same as the 445nm diode as we all know. I have made a power chart of the diode, http://laserpointerforums.com/f65/osram-pl450-450nm-80mw-power-chart-71645.html
Nominal the output is 80mW but it can push to 300mW. I have a 240mW Osram PL450 in the C6 for almost a year and it is still going strong.

Well the 520, the 460 pointer all the fiber optic products, i have never seem goggles before, also never knew that they sell 5W 532nm TEM00 lab modules

I would also be interested in a HL-460 if those are available. Not really a pen fan.

Hi offroad.

I have to Cancel my order :(. (Insert hurt ander and pain here)

Im having major pc problems at THE moment so om typing this on my ipad.

In so freaking angry at THE moment.

My 480gb ssd hard disk died on me, and my backup hdd's aint even booting up.

Bin trying for 4hours Now :( so i dont knowhow whats up.

Wont even boot from cd....... Goddammit!

This is really à good start for me in 2013

Dad having scans in THE hospital
My work is at stake
And Now my freAking pc dies.

What's next......

Having family health issues of my own. Money I'm spending is from Christmas and then no more until I get thru this issue. Best wishes to you and family.

Your problem with the computer seams strange. Are you trying to boot into windows with a CD?

Sorry to hear about your troubles Smeerwost. You're one of the nicest and most generous people I've seen on here.

Grab a cheap 500GB hard drive... will suck compared to the SSD, but at least you'll be back up and running, just need to install windows.

Hope your dad is ok... everything else will work itself out.

Know the computer feeling. Between the desktops, laptops, and netbooks in my household there's 9 computers here not including all the tablets and smartphones. 9 Computers means 9 potential problems.... Always seem to be trying to solve an issue with something.
Latest is an older Vista (can't stand Vista) laptop that I can't get to connect wireless to the net other than Local. Even took it back to original configuration with all updates. Seems like I've tried every solution I can find on the net. Same issue with it if I connect an external wireless to it. Connects normal wired.
Anyways, it's a pleasure to be a member where we try to look after each others best interests. When the "James" issue came up and our members came together for him I knew this was more than just a "forum" and was worth supporting with time, money and personal.
So, a big :thanks: and shout out:wave: to those who realize the importance of people more than material goods. Nothing is as important as family. All of our material posessions are meaningless in comparison.
