Kendall was selling them for $20 shipped.

http://laserpointerforums.com/f39/casio-xj-a130-projector-parts-w-o-diodes-sold-54858.html

I'm sure everybody just remembers his asking price and made offers comparatively to his deal.

If they did more research, they would have seen that Kendall's price was an anomaly.
Kendall OFTEN dumps his "leftovers" for a song and a dance. (Sometimes for just the song)
It is always a GREAT deal for somebody when he does.
I got a batch of LCC diodes from leftover GGW sleds from him once for $2 each!
Does that mean that LLC diodes are only worth $2 each? -- No -- It means that I got a heluva deal
When he does one of these, jump on it, and thank the gods that he doesn't like "clutter" at his place.

You cannot gauge the market price from Kendall's surplus sales.

I sell these "leftover" projectors regularly for $75 shipped.
Even that is a deal compared to what I get selling the individual components ;)
I get $25 for the LED and $50 for the dichros alone if I take it apart.

Try giving Ndrew a "realistic" offer, NOT a "wish in the sky" offer

Peace,
dave

thanks for clearing that up dave

ill just sell them on ebay or part them out unless someone wants to make a real offer. i think 50+ shipping is a good deal considering what you get inside the projector. i didnt hold onto these just to "dump" them off. i know what theyre worth...

yes 50$ per unit is a fair price that is what mine go for. but these things are worth so much more if you think about it the only problem is with the lowering prices in the projector and at least on lpf there are a surplus of them so the prices goes down with every sale. now has it gone below 50$ a unit i think not but soon after the new egg deals there will be and even larger number of these projectors.
But they are tons of fun the led alone is why i buy mine. and then you get all the optics for a rgb projector the only thing they lack is a portable dvd player and an ipod.
EDIT forgot shoes
